Vitamin D3-K2 capsules are a dietary supplement with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and Vitamin K2 in the form of all-trans MK-7. The combination of both vitamins supports important functions in bone metabolism as well as the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels, and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, and muscle function. It also supports the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

The capsules are vegetarian and free from gluten, lactose, and fructose.

Recommended Intake

Take 1 capsule once daily with sufficient liquid with a meal.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

Side Effects

When the recommended intake is observed, the product is generally well tolerated.

Persons taking anticoagulant medication of the coumarin type (e.g., warfarin or phenprocoumon) should only use preparations containing vitamin K after consulting their doctor.

Long-term intake of higher vitamin D dosages should also be medically supervised.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Active ingredient content per daily dose

• 20 µg Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) = 800 I.U. (400 % NRV*)

• 75 µg Vitamin K2 as all-trans MK-7 (100 % NRV*)

Other Ingredients

Filler microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), vitamin K2 powder (carrier maltodextrin, vitamin K2) (11.7 %), cholecalciferol powder (carrier maltodextrin, modified starch, mixed tocopherols, sunflower oil, cholecalciferol) (2.5 %).
