Recommended dosage:

Side effects:
When taken as recommended, side effects are not usually to be expected. Excessive intake of Vitamin D can lead to elevated calcium levels in the blood. Magnesium can cause gastrointestinal discomfort or a laxative effect in sensitive individuals or at higher doses. Persons taking anticoagulant medications should consult a doctor before taking Vitamin K2.
