Safralind® PRE DAYS is a food supplement specifically developed for women and their particular needs during the premenstrual period.

The combination contains saffron extract (affron®), chasteberry extract, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, iron, and chromium. The selected plant extracts, vitamins, and minerals complement each other and support physical and mental well-being in the days leading up to menstruation.

Safralind® PRE DAYS is intended for women aged 18 and over.

What is Safralind® PRE DAYS?

Safralind® PRE DAYS was specifically developed for the premenstrual period. During this phase, hormonal changes can affect physical and emotional well-being.

The product combines saffron extract affron® and chasteberry extract with selected vitamins and minerals.

Saffron is particularly used in connection with a positive mood, emotional well-being, and healthy sleep. Chasteberry complements the formulation and is traditionally used to support physical well-being around the female cycle.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 support the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.

Dosage and application

The recommended daily dose for women aged 18 and over is one film-coated tablet daily.

Take the film-coated tablet whole with sufficient liquid, for example, a glass of water.

It should be taken at approximately the same time each day, if possible.

For optimal effect, continuous intake over a period of at least 3 months is recommended. Longer use is possible according to the product information.

Safralind® PRE DAYS is not suitable for children and adolescents.

Intake throughout the menstrual cycle

Although Safralind® PRE DAYS was specifically developed for the needs during the premenstrual period, it should be taken continuously with one film-coated tablet daily.

For the recommended effect, the product should be taken regularly and according to the specified dosage.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

According to the product information, there have been no indications of problems with use during pregnancy and breastfeeding to date.

However, due to insufficient data, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding cannot currently be recommended.

If Safralind® PRE DAYS is to be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding, a doctor should be consulted beforehand.

Storage

Store protected from heat, light, and in a dry place.

Keep out of reach of small children.
