Organic Sacha Inchi Oil is produced from the seeds of the Inca peanut, also known as Inca Inchi, Inkanuss, or mountain peanut. It has a remarkable fatty acid profile: about 47% alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3), approximately 35% linoleic acid (Omega-6), and about 10% oleic acid (Omega-9). Due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, organic Sacha Inchi Oil is considered one of the most valuable edible oils and offers numerous nutritional benefits.
