Vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and folic acid contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. In addition, several B vitamins support normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Among other things, calcium supports normal signal transmission between nerve cells and contributes to normal muscle function.
