Pregnavit® PLUS Select Phase I combines folate in the form of Quatrefolic® with important vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, vitamin D, iodine and iron. Additionally, the daily serving contains cranberry extract.

What is the product for?

Pregnavit® PLUS Select Phase I was developed for the supplementary supply of selected micronutrients when trying to conceive and during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Adequate folate supply is particularly important. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy and plays a role in cell division.

What is Quatrefolic®?

Quatrefolic® is a modern, 4th generation folate form. It is 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), a biologically active folate form.

Unlike conventional folic acid, 5-MTHF does not need to be converted into the active folate form through several metabolic steps.

Side effects and tolerability

Pregnavit® PLUS Select Phase I is generally well tolerated when taken as directed.

In sensitive individuals, particularly due to the minerals contained, occasional gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.

If you have a known intolerance to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken. If unusual or persistent symptoms occur, medical or pharmaceutical advice should be sought.
