Posterisan® protect suppositories - for hemorrhoidal complaints

Posterisan® protect suppositories are used to relieve mild hemorrhoid symptoms and to protect the sensitive anal region from renewed irritation. They can also be used regularly to prevent the recurrence of typical symptoms.

The skin protection complex containing jojoba wax, beeswax, and cetyl stearyl isononanoate forms a water-repellent protective film in the anal area. This protects sensitive and irritated areas. At the same time, a mechanical gliding effect is created, which can facilitate bowel movements.

Mechanism of action

Jojoba wax (jojoba oil) nourishes and smooths the skin. It forms a fine lipid film without completely sealing the skin, thereby supporting moisture retention and elasticity.

Yellow beeswax contributes to the formation of a water-repellent protective film and protects the stressed anal region.

Cetyl stearyl isononanoate keeps the skin soft and supple.

Application and dosage

Use as needed. Recommended:

• 1 suppository in the morning
• 1 suppository in the evening
• In case of more severe symptoms, more frequent application is possible.

Insert the suppository deep into the anus with your finger, so that the protective effect can unfold for as long as possible.

Duration of use

Posterisan® protect can be used as needed and for up to four weeks without interruption.

Regular use can help prevent the recurrence of hemorrhoid symptoms.
