Tradition & Inspiration
PADMA HEPATEN is based on the traditional Tibetan recipe “Bras bu 3”, the so-called Three-Fruit Formula.
This centuries-old formula is considered one of the most important recipes in Tibetan constitutional theory and is traditionally used in spring and autumn.
The recipe combines:
-
myrobalan fruits
-
amla fruits
-
beleric myrobalan fruits
-
choline
Tibetan constitutional theory uses herbs, fruits, spices and micronutrients, which are also part of a balanced diet.
The myrobalan is traditionally considered particularly versatile in taste, as it combines sweet, sour, salty, bitter, tart and pungent flavour notes.
Side effects
No typical side effects are known when the recommended intake is adhered to.
