 DEMETER Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil is carefully cold-pressed and comes from biodynamic cultivation. With a maximum free acidity of 0.8% (0.8g per 100g), it is characterized by high quality and excellent taste, making it ideal for upscale gastronomy. Compared to Virgin Olive Oil (max. 2% acidity), it is significantly milder.

The clear, golden to greenish-yellow oil is excellent for refining salads, as well as for frying, deep-frying, and baking due to its high heat resistance. To preserve its freshness, it should be stored in a cool, dark place.
