Recommended intake
Instructions for use: Daily, regardless of time of day and meals. Can even be taken with coffee and dairy products.
Dissolve the contents of a sachet directly in the mouth and swallow without water. When taking OLEOvital Iron Forte capsules, you should take the capsule with sufficient liquid.
