The bone-building agent Calcium phosphoricum forms dentin and is also an important blood and protein building agent.

No. 2 controls the activity of voluntary muscles and helps with muscle cramps. It is the mineral for bone structure, growth, and strength.

This mineral is used in the body for neutralization in cases of chronic hyperacidity and is an important restorative agent after an illness.

Effect:
The mineral salts according to Dr. Schüssler are understood in their application as a regulatory therapy, ideally suited for health care and disease prevention, or to accompany or support medical therapy, entirely in the sense of a complementary medical application. Dr. Schüssler distinguishes between operating materials (functional agents in the cells) and building materials, which are necessary for the body's structure.

The mineral salts are diluted in such a way that they are absorbed directly into the tissues and blood via the oral mucosa. Schüssler salts are homeopathically prepared, potentized medicines of high quality that are supplied to the body due to a lack of operating materials (functional agents) in the cells.

Dosage:
When dosing Schüssler salts, sensitivities and constitution must be taken into account.

In acute cases, let one tablet dissolve in the mouth every three to five minutes.

For chronic diseases, one tablet per hour is recommended, with a maximum of seven to ten tablets spread over a day. In all other cases, let one tablet dissolve in the mouth every two hours.

In the correct dosage, Schüssler salts can be administered from infancy (especially as a paste).
