NORMISON® ear drops have been specially developed for the prevention and supportive treatment of inflammation of the outer ear canal. Especially after frequent or prolonged contact with water – for example when swimming, bathing, diving or other water sports – moisture can remain in the ear canal and increase the risk of inflammation.

The special composition of the ear drops ensures that the skin surface of the outer ear canal dries quickly. At the same time, the acidic component helps to restore and maintain the skin's natural acid mantle. Dexpanthenol also nourishes the sensitive skin of the ear canal and supports its regeneration.

NORMISON® ear drops can be used both preventively after contact with water and as a supportive measure in conjunction with medically prescribed drug treatment for inflammation of the outer ear canal.

The medical device is suitable for adults as well as children and adolescents from 3 years of age.

Application

After bathing, swimming, diving or other water contact, or as recommended by a doctor, apply a few drops into the outer ear canal. The ear drops can be used preventively or as a supportive measure with drug treatment for inflammation of the outer ear canal.

The application should be carried out according to the package insert or medical recommendation. The product is suitable for adults as well as children and adolescents from 3 years of age.

Side Effects

NORMISON® ear drops are generally well tolerated. In individual cases, temporary mild burning or irritation of the outer ear canal may occur. The ear drops must not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or if the eardrum is perforated. If symptoms persist or ear pain occurs, medical advice should be sought.
