Application

Unlocking the Child Safety Lock

• Use your thumb to push the button down until it can be pressed slightly inwards.

• Slide the button upwards while holding it down, until the spray head is pushed out.

• The spray is now unlocked.

Correct Spraying with the Spray

• Hold the spray with the opening close to your open mouth.

• Spray into the oral cavity or into the side of your cheek pouch, without swallowing, inhaling, moistening your lips, eating, or drinking.

• Press the spray head firmly once from above.

• Repeat this process a second time if the craving for a cigarette does not subside within a few minutes.

• Then lock the spray again.

Every use of the nicorette® spray can be easily recorded with the app thanks to the integrated NFC chip. After use, hold the spray to your smartphone (iPhone to the front, Android to the back) to get an overview of usage.

With the app, personal goals for quitting smoking can be created, progress tracked, and the number of avoided cigarettes and resulting cost savings displayed. Additionally, motivational tips are available.

Dosage

• 1–2 sprays approximately replace one cigarette.

• 1 spray contains 1 mg of nicotine.

• Maximum 2 sprays immediately one after the other.

• Maximum 4 sprays per hour.

• Maximum 64 sprays per day.

For smoking cessation, it is recommended to use the spray for a period of about 12 weeks. During this time, the number of daily sprays should be gradually reduced.
