Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over:

For mild signs of mental stress:
Take 1 to 2 coated tablets 1 to 3 times a day as needed.

For nervous sleep problems:
Take 2 to 3 coated tablets in the evening about one hour before bedtime.

The tablets should be taken with sufficient liquid.

Note

Use is not recommended for children under 12 years due to lack of data.

Storage
