Nachtruh forte®

Nachtruh forte® is an innovative 3-phase tablet to support sleep problems. The combination of melatonin, valerian, passion flower, hawthorn, lemon balm and vitamin B6 is released with a time delay and supports:

• faster falling asleep
• calm and restful sleep
• better uninterrupted sleep

The 3-phase principle

Immediate phase
Release within approximately 10 minutes:

• Melatonin
• Valerian
• Vitamin B6

Depot phase
Delayed release for up to 8 hours:

• Melatonin
• Passion flower

Chrono phase
Continuous release throughout the night:

• Hawthorn
• Lemon balm

Recommended dosage

Adults take daily:

• 1 tablet about 30 minutes before bedtime
• uncrushed with some liquid
