Recommended Intake

Spray 4 times (approximately 0.5 ml) into the mouth shortly before bedtime and spread with the tongue.

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Side Effects

When the recommended intake is observed, the product is generally well tolerated. Occasionally, next-day fatigue, drowsiness, headaches, dizziness, or gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.

Melatonin-containing dietary supplements should not be used long-term. Children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, asthmatics, individuals with inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, or psychiatric disorders, as well as individuals regularly taking medication, should only use the product after consulting a doctor.

• For transport, it is recommended to unscrew the spray adapter and put the screw cap back on the bottle, as the spray head cannot completely prevent leakage in luggage.
