Organic MCT Oil, also known as "neutral oil", is a mixture of naturally occurring medium-chain fatty acids (triglycerides) and is made from organic coconut oil. It contains 60% caprylic acid (C8:0) and 40% capric acid (C10:0) and is palm oil free.

Organic MCT Oil is a colorless to slightly yellowish oil with a high content of caprylic and capric acid (60/40), which promotes rapid energy supply (ketosis).  It is characterized by a neutral odor and taste and is easily soluble in water due to its low viscosity. Organic MCT Oil is used in food production, cosmetics and personal care products. It is excellently suited for paleo, low-carb and ketogenic diets.
