The product contains exclusively organic magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate and impresses with its fruity raspberry flavour.

These symptoms may occur particularly in sensitive individuals or with higher magnesium intake.

Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect due to the sorbitol content.
