Organic flaxseed oil is made from the first cold pressing of organically grown flaxseeds. It contains particularly high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, especially alpha-linolenic acid (approx. 60%).

Our golden-yellow organic flaxseed oil has a mild, nutty taste and is ideal for refining vegetables, raw food, side dishes, vegetarian snacks, soups, and sauces.

Due to its high content of omega-3 fatty acids, organic flaxseed oil is an excellent choice as a dietary food.
