Organic carrot oil is produced from fresh organic carrots from Austria (except during seasonal shortages). It is an extraction oil made from GMO-free cold-pressed organic soybean oil. Carrot oil is excellent as a salad or cooking oil and is also used in cosmetic production.

It has a light yellow to orange color and is rich in nutrients and antioxidants such as carotenoids and vitamin E.
