hafesan® Gelatin Capsules are suitable for adults who want to specifically supplement their diet with gelatin hydrolysate and selected nutrients for bones and cartilage.

Especially interesting for active people, athletes and individuals who prioritize the care of their musculoskeletal system in everyday life.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Calcium and magnesium are needed for the maintenance of normal bones.

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules twice daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.

According to the manufacturer's information, no allergens requiring labeling are contained.

The product contains gelatin and gelatin hydrolysate of animal origin and is therefore not suitable for a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Side effects and tolerability

When taken as directed, the product is generally well tolerated.

In sensitive individuals, gastrointestinal complaints such as bloating, abdominal discomfort, or changes in bowel movements may occur. Magnesium can have a mild laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
