hafesan® Magnesium + Calcium is suitable for adults who want to specifically supplement their daily calcium and magnesium intake.

Calcium and magnesium are needed for the maintenance of normal bones and contribute to normal muscle function. Both minerals also support normal energy metabolism.

Magnesium also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, electrolyte balance, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Calcium is also needed for the maintenance of normal teeth and contributes to normal signal transmission between nerve cells.

Recommended intake

Side effects and tolerability

In sensitive individuals, gastrointestinal complaints may occur. Magnesium, especially with higher total intake, can lead to softer stools or diarrhea.
