The Oat-Melissa Compositum Alchemical Essence is a dietary supplement containing distillates of oat, lemon balm, lavender, hops, valerian, and passionflower. It is produced using a traditional alchemical process based on the teachings of Paracelsus.

Recommended Dosage

Take 15 drops twice daily before meals. The drops can be placed directly under the tongue or taken with a little water.

For sleep disturbances, the entire daily dose (30 drops) can be taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.

30 ml corresponds to approximately 530 drops.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

Side Effects

When the recommended dosage is followed, the product is generally well-tolerated. In rare cases, gastrointestinal discomfort or hypersensitivity reactions to individual plant components may occur.
