Grippostad® C forte Granules are used to relieve simultaneously occurring cold symptoms such as:
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Headache and body aches
- Fever
The unique 4-active ingredient combination of paracetamol, chlorphenamine, caffeine and vitamin C supports the rapid relief of typical cold symptoms.
With pleasant lemon flavour.

Paracetamol
- relieves headaches and body aches

Chlorphenamine

Application and dosage
Adults and adolescents from 12 years:
- 1 sachet 3 times a day
- at least 6 hours between doses
Method of administration
- Pour contents of one sachet into a glass of water
- The granules dissolve after about one minute without stirring
- Then drink completely
Notes
- The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded
- If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted

Possible side effects:
- Tiredness or drowsiness
- Nervousness or sleep disturbances
- Nausea
- Dry mouth
- Allergic skin reactions
Rarely, severe hypersensitivity reactions or liver dysfunction may occur.
In case of rash, difficulty breathing or swelling, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
