What are GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges Elderflower - Menthol-Free?

During a cold or after strenuous use of the voice, the throat often feels rough, dry, and irritated. Typical symptoms such as cough reflex, scratchy throat, sore throat, or hoarseness can result.

GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges were specially developed to moisten and protect the oral and pharyngeal mucous membranes. When slowly sucked, a soothing, moisturizing protective film forms, covering the irritated mucous membranes.

The Revoice® Hydro-Depot relieves symptoms and supports the natural regeneration of stressed mucous membranes. The throat lozenges can also be used over a longer period and are therefore particularly suitable for people who use their voice intensively, professionally or privately.

How do GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges work?

The special mechanism of action is based on the original Revoice® Hydro-Depot.

When sucked, the components of the Hydro-Depot react with saliva and form a special hydrogel complex. This spreads over the oral and pharyngeal mucous membranes and forms a moisturizing protective film over the irritated areas.

As a result, the mucous membrane is intensely and long-lastingly moisturized. Symptoms such as scratchy throat, cough reflex, and hoarseness can be relieved.

The Revoice® Hydro-Depot

The active ingredients xanthan, carbomer, and sodium hyaluronate form the basis of the Revoice® Hydro-Depot.

Sodium hyaluronate has a pronounced water-binding capacity and supports the moisturization of the mucous membrane.

Xanthan and carbomer contribute to the formation and stability of the hydrogel film. This allows the protective film to spread evenly over the mucous membrane and adhere there longer.

Application and dosage

As needed, one GeloRevoice® throat lozenge can be sucked several times a day, for example every 2 to 3 hours.

Up to 6 throat lozenges can be used daily.

Application after meals is recommended.

Slowly suck the throat lozenge until it completely dissolves. This allows the Revoice® Hydro-Depot to fully develop and spread over the oral and pharyngeal mucous membranes.

Do not chew the throat lozenges and do not swallow them whole.

GeloRevoice® can be used for a longer period or for intermittent therapy.

Use in children

GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges are suitable for children from 6 years of age.

The child should be able to suck the throat lozenge in a controlled and slow manner until it completely dissolves.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges Elderflower - Menthol-Free are also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Storage

Store below 25 °C and dry.

After each tablet removal, carefully close the aluminum tube again to protect the throat lozenges from moisture.

Important notes

If symptoms persist, recur, or worsen, the cause should be clarified by a doctor.

The product should not be used in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Slowly suck the throat lozenges and do not chew or swallow them whole.

Side effects and tolerability

GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges are suitable for regular and also longer-term use.

In sensitive individuals, intolerance or hypersensitivity reactions to individual components or the aroma may occur.

In case of unusual or persistent symptoms, use should be discontinued and medical or pharmaceutical advice sought.
