The combination of melatonin, valerian root extract and hop extract is designed for use before bedtime. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Valerian and hops are traditionally used to aid relaxation and sleep.
The direct granule dosage form allows for easy and quick intake, even on the go.
Nutritional values per stick:
Melatonin: 1 mg
Valerian root extract: 200 mg
Hops extract: 200 mg
Recommended intake:
Take the contents of one stick once daily approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.

Store in a cool place (6–25 °C) and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Side effects:
