Recommended intake

Adults and children from 12 years of age can take 1 to 2 direct sticks daily as needed.

Take the content directly without water.

Ingredients

Passion flower extract, valerian root extract, lemon balm leaf extract, lavender flower extract, saffron flower extract, glucose, bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate, citric acid, sweetener: steviol glycosides.
