Chasteberry for PMS

Chasteberry (Agnus castus) is traditionally used for symptoms related to the female cycle. The plant compounds it contains influence certain hormonal regulatory mechanisms and can thereby alleviate typical pre-menstrual symptoms.

Dosage and application
