Dr. Böhm® Curcuma

400 mg patented turmeric extract, supplemented with vitamin D to support the immune system, as well as MSM (sulfur) and olive extract.

Turmeric – the golden root

Turmeric is one of the most well-known plant-based substances in the field of nutrition and well-being. The golden-yellow root has always been valued and is now one of the most sought-after superfoods.

The main component of turmeric is curcumin. However, conventional curcumin is only absorbed to a limited extent by the body.

Patented Longvida® technology

Dr. Böhm® Curcuma contains the patented turmeric extract Longvida®. A special technology encapsulates the curcumin with a natural lecithin coating, which significantly increases bioavailability.

This means more turmeric is available to the body over a longer period of time.

Scientific studies show that the Longvida® turmeric extract contained can achieve up to 285 times higher bioavailability eight hours after intake compared to free curcumin.

Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid after or between meals.

Regular intake over a longer period of time is recommended.

Side effects

Dr. Böhm® Curcuma is generally well-tolerated. In rare cases, gastrointestinal discomfort or intolerance to individual ingredients may occur.
