Melatonin is a substance produced by the body that controls the sleep-wake rhythm and is primarily released in the dark.

Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and thus supports a natural sleep rhythm.

Hops with soothing Xanthohumol

Xanthohumol is a natural ingredient from hops with relaxing properties.

The hop extract contained supports a calm and restful sleep and can help to fall asleep more easily again.

Deliberately dissolved in vegetable oil

Melatonin and xanthohumol are fat-soluble substances. Therefore, they were deliberately dissolved in vegetable oil to support rapid absorption through the oral mucosa.

Recommended intake
