doc® Arnica Salve supports the treatment of blunt injuries such as bruises, strains, sprains, and contusions. It has pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, and decongestant effects.
The salve is suitable for both acute and follow-up treatment and can be used to alleviate the consequences of accidents. It is also well-tolerated by the skin, even with regular use.
Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.

Application
- Apply to the affected area 2–3 times daily
- approx. 3 cm of ointment for an area of about 10 × 10 cm
Note on duration:
- Do not use for longer than 3–4 days without medical advice
- If symptoms persist, medical clarification is required
Ingredients
Active ingredient:
- Arnica tincture (1:10) 21.500 mg, extractant: ethanol 70 % (V/V)
Other ingredients:
- Tincture from Arnicae flos
- Trometamol
- Zinc oxide
- Purified water
- Cetylstearyl alcohol
- Dimethicone
- Chlorophyllin-copper complex
- Cetylstearyl alcohol, emulsifying (Type A)
- Medium-chain triglycerides

- Octyldodecanol
- Chlorophyll-copper complex
- Carbomer
- Rosemary oil

Side effects
Like all medicines, doc® Arnica Salve can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Possible side effects:
- Skin reactions such as redness, itching, or rash
- Allergic reactions, especially if hypersensitive to arnica or other plants from the daisy family
If skin irritations or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary.
