Ceremin® 120 mg is a herbal medicine containing the standardized Ginkgo biloba special extract EGb 761®. It is used for the treatment of concentration and memory deficits in declining mental performance, as well as for complaints related to mild circulatory disorders.

Indications

For the treatment of complaints associated with declining brain performance:

• Poor concentration

• Memory impairment

• Reduced mental performance

For complaints related to mild circulatory disorders:

• Cold hands and feet

• Tingling

• Pins and needles

• Discomfort when walking

Active Ingredient

1 film-coated tablet contains:

• 120 mg dry extract from Ginkgo biloba leaves (EGb 761®)

Drug-extract ratio (DER): 35–67:1

Extraction solvent:

• Acetone 60% (m/m)

Standardized to:

• 26.4–32.4 mg Ginkgo flavone glycosides

• 6.48–7.92 mg terpene lactones

  • of which 3.36–4.08 mg Ginkgolides A, B and C

  • of which 3.12–3.84 mg Bilobalide

Dosage

Declining mental performance

Adults aged 18 and over

• 1–2 film-coated tablets once daily

Duration of treatment

• At least 8 weeks

• If no improvement occurs after 3 months or if symptoms worsen, further treatment should be reviewed by a doctor.

Mild circulatory disorders

Adults aged 18 and over

• 1 film-coated tablet once daily

Duration of treatment

• After 8 weeks, the need for continued treatment should be reviewed.

Method of administration

• Swallow the film-coated tablet whole with sufficient liquid

• Preferably with a glass of water

• Can be taken independently of meals
