In addition to environmental influences, cold winter months, as well as unbalanced diet or stress, biotin deficiency can affect skin, hair, and nails. Biotin supports cell metabolism and contributes to maintaining a normal keratin structure.

Biotin fulfills important functions in the body's carbohydrate, fat, and energy metabolism and supports cell growth.

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is needed by the body for the formation of skin, hair, and nails.

A prolonged biotin deficiency can manifest itself, among other things, through hair loss, brittle nails, or flaky skin. An adequate supply of biotin supports healthy skin, strong nails, and shiny hair.

Active ingredient

1 tablet contains:

• 5 mg Biotin

Dosage

Take ½ to 1 tablet daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.

Like all medicines, this medicine can also have side effects, but not everyone experiences them. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
