Weleda Amara Drops

The bitter-aromatic Amara drops support the body with loss of appetite, bloating, heartburn and nausea. The bitter substances contained, from wormwood, centaury, gentian, and chicory, promote digestion already in the mouth by, among other things, stimulating saliva production. Dandelion stimulates appetite, while yarrow and juniper tips relax the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Amara drops promote digestion by stimulating the production of gastric juice and naturally supporting the functions of the gallbladder and pancreas.
 

Suitable for children aged 2 and over!

Functional disorders of the formation and secretion of digestive juices, disorders of movement in the stomach and small intestine, and their consequences, such as loss of appetite, nausea, post-meal bloating, and heartburn.
 

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suspect you may be pregnant, or are planning a pregnancy, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. There is insufficient data on the use of this remedy during pregnancy and breastfeeding. No specific risks are known for its use during these phases. Caution is advised when using during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 10 to 15 drops up to 3 times a day, children aged 6 to 11: 5 to 8 drops up to 3 times a day, children aged 2 to 5: 3 to 5 drops up to 3 times a day.
For oral administration. The drops should be diluted with a little water before taking.

In 10 g (=10.6 ml, 1 ml = 28 drops) the following active ingredients are contained: 0.15 g Artemisia absinthium Ø; 0.6 g Cichorium intybus, Planta tota rec. Ø; 0.05 g Erythraea centaurium, Herba rec. Ø; 0.45 g Gentiana lutea, ethanol. Decoctum Ø; 0.15 g Imperatoria ostruthium, Rhizoma rec., ethanol. Decoctum Ø; 0.05 g Juniperus communis, Summitates sicc., ethanol. Infusum Ø; 2 g Achillea millefolium, Herba sicc., ethanol. Infusum Ø; 1 g Salvia officinalis e foliis siccatis, ethanol. Infusum Ø; 0.4 g Taraxacum officinale Ø
The other ingredients are: Ethanol 96%, purified water
 
Total ethanol content approx. 40% by weight
