Ferrum phosphoricum acts as "first aid" for acute injuries, especially for the associated pain.

Beginning inflammatory processes and fresh wounds, as well as childhood illnesses in their initial stages, are favourably influenced and the body's resistance is strengthened.

No. 3 brings oxygen to the cells and is the most important antioxidant in Dr. Schüssler's biochemistry.

Effect:
Dr. Schüssler's mineral salts are understood in their application as a regulatory therapy, ideally suited for health care and disease prevention, or for accompanying or supporting medical therapy, entirely in the sense of a complementary medical application. Dr. Schüssler distinguishes between operating materials (functional agents in the cells) and building materials, which are necessary for the body's construction.

The mineral salts are diluted in such a way that they are absorbed directly into tissues and blood via the oral mucosa. Schüssler salts are homeopathically prepared, potentized medicines of high quality, which are supplied to the body due to a deficiency of operating materials (functional agents) in the cells.

Dosage:
With Schüssler dosing, one must react to sensitivities and constitution.

In acute cases, let one tablet dissolve in the mouth every three to five minutes.

For chronic diseases, one tablet per hour is recommended, with a maximum of seven to ten tablets spread throughout the day. In all other cases, let one tablet dissolve in the mouth every two hours.

In the correct dosage, Schüssler salts can be administered from infancy (especially as a puree).
