Description of functions:
Calcium fluoratum is responsible for the elasticity of tendons, ligaments, vascular walls, organs, and muscles. It nourishes skin, hair, nails, strengthens tooth enamel, and the surface of bones.

No. 1 is used for ligament weakness, both in cases of overstretching and hardening of tendons and ligaments.

We need Schüssler salt No. 1 for firm and elastic skin and for the regression of stretched tissue after pregnancy.

Calcium fluoratum helps with flexible or brittle nails and thin hair. Loose teeth become firm again.

A deficiency of calcium fluoratum leads to stretching or hardening of connective tissue and excessive calluses.

Effect:
The minerals according to Dr. Schüssler are understood in their application as a regulatory therapy, ideally suited for health care and disease prevention, or for accompanying or supporting medical therapy, entirely in the sense of a complementary medical application. Dr. Schüssler distinguishes between operating materials (functional agents in the cells) and building materials, which are necessary for the body's structure.

The minerals are diluted in such a way that they are absorbed directly into tissues and blood via the oral mucosa. Dosage:
When dosing Schüssler salts, sensitivities and constitution must be taken into account.

In acute cases, let one tablet dissolve in the mouth every three to five minutes.

For chronic diseases, one tablet per hour is recommended, with a maximum of seven to ten tablets spread over a day. In all other cases, let one tablet dissolve in the mouth every two hours.

In the correct dosage, Schüssler salts can be administered from infancy (especially as a mush).
