Product Description

Asmoken® is a medicine for smoking cessation and the treatment of nicotine dependence. It contains the active ingredient cytisine and is nicotine-free.

Cytisine supports cessation by reducing nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms that occur when quitting smoking. The goal of the treatment is to permanently stop smoking.

A complete treatment lasts 25 days. One pack with 100 tablets is sufficient for a complete treatment cycle.

Application

Treatment takes place over a period of 25 days according to a predefined dosing schedule. During the first days of treatment, the number of cigarettes smoked is gradually reduced.

Smoking must be completely stopped by the 5th day of treatment at the latest.

After quitting smoking, smoking should not be resumed during the rest of the treatment. Continuing to smoke simultaneously can intensify side effects.

Important Information

Asmoken® should be used exactly according to the package leaflet. The prescribed dosing schedule and stopping smoking by the 5th day of treatment at the latest are particularly important for the treatment.
