Organic almond oil is gently pressed from peeled almonds at room temperature. Sweet almonds provide the fatty almond oil, which is free of amygdalin, a cyanogenic glycoside. Our almond oil comes from controlled organic cultivation and has a light yellow to colorless appearance with a mild, nutty taste. To prevent rancidity, the oil should be stored in a cool place (10°C to 15°C) and protected from light.

The main components of almond oil are over 50% oleic and linoleic acid.
