Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body that controls the natural day-night rhythm and plays an important role in healthy sleep.

An unbalanced melatonin level can lead to difficulty falling asleep, sleep disturbances, and morning fatigue. Causes can include stress, shift work, increasing age, or long-distance travel with jet lag.

Application

Shake well before each use.

Spray 1 puff directly into the mouth, ideally shortly before going to bed.

Application is without water.

It is recommended to clean the spray head after use to prevent the spray opening from sticking.

Notes

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 spray.

In case of excessive consumption, the product may have a laxative effect.

Drowsiness may occur after intake. Do not drive or operate machinery thereafter.

Once opened, use within 6 months.

Store at room temperature below 25 °C, protected from light.

Keep out of reach of small children.

In rare cases, fatigue on the following day, mild gastrointestinal complaints, or hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
