Weleda Cardiodoron® Drops

Cardiodoron® Drops are a herbal preparation consisting of henbane (Hyoscyamus niger), cotton thistle (Onopordon acanthium), and primrose (Primula veris). These ingredients are intended to help balance the body's polarities. The drops are used to support circulation during and after febrile illnesses, as well as for low blood pressure and tendencies towards irregular pulse. They are also suitable for adolescents with orthostatic lability who experience symptoms such as dizziness, blackouts, or ringing in the ears when standing up quickly.
 
Suitable for adolescents aged 12 and over!

Traditional herbal medicine to support vegetative rhythms in nervous heart problems and circulatory weakness, e.g. during and after infectious diseases or with disturbed day-night rhythm, after serious underlying diseases have been ruled out by a doctor. This medicine is an anthroposophic, traditional herbal product registered for the mentioned areas of application based on many years of experience.
 
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suspect you may be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. As there is insufficient data, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 15 to 20 drops 1 to 3 times daily.
 For oral use. The drops should be taken diluted with water before meals.

In 10 g (=10.3 ml) are contained: The active ingredients are: 1 g liquid extract from fresh cotton thistle flowers (Onopordum acanthium, flos recens), drug-extract ratio 1:3-4, extracting agent: ethanol 26% m/m + liquid extract from fresh henbane (Hyoscyamus niger, herba recens, DEV 1:2; extracting agent: ethanol 86% m/m) in a ratio of 99:1; 1 g liquid extract from fresh primrose flowers (Primula veris, flos recens), drug-extract ratio 1:3-4, extracting agent: ethanol 26% m/m + liquid extract from fresh henbane (Hyoscyamus niger, herba recens, DEV 1:2; extracting agent: ethanol 86% m/m) in a ratio of 99:1
 
The other ingredients are: purified water, ethanol 96%
