The alternating intake of the two calcium salts, oyster shell lime and apatite, supports healthy mineralization of teeth and bones. The special combinations of Aufbaukalk 1 and 2 are not conventional "calcium" supplements. They do not serve as nutritional supplements, but rather help the body to absorb and process nutrients from food more effectively.

Dosage and Method of Administration
Adults, adolescents, and children from 4 weeks of age:
Typically, intake is alternated with Aufbaukalk 1 Weleda:Take one dose of Aufbaukalk 1 Weleda in the morning and one dose of Aufbaukalk 2 Weleda in the evening.For oral use. The powder can be mixed with a little water.
Ingredients
10 g contain: The active ingredients are: Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni (Conchae) Trituration D1 5 g / Quercus, ethanol. Decoctum Trituration D3 1 g. The other ingredient is: Lactose monohydrate.
