Espara Artichoke-Choline Capsules are a food supplement with choline and a selected combination of artichoke bud extract, milk thistle seed extract and turmeric root. The formula was specially developed to support normal liver function and fat metabolism.

Choline has been proven to contribute to the maintenance of normal liver function and normal fat metabolism. The formulation is supplemented by artichoke, which is traditionally used to support liver and gallbladder function and fat digestion. Milk thistle provides the natural plant substance silymarin, which has long been valued for supporting the liver. Turmeric rounds off the formula with its valuable secondary plant compounds and traditionally supports digestion.

The capsules are suitable for daily use, are vegan, and free from gluten and lactose.

Recommended Dosage
