Vibrocil® Nasal Spray

Product Details & Mandatory Information

Vibrocil® Nasal Spray provides rapid and long-lasting decongestion of the nasal mucous membranes and facilitates nasal breathing. Thanks to the combination of a decongestant and an anti-allergic active ingredient, Vibrocil® is particularly suitable for blocked noses due to colds and allergic symptoms.

Areas of Application

For nasal decongestion in cases of:

• Rhinitis and colds

• Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

• Vasomotor rhinitis

• Acute and chronic sinusitis (supportive treatment)

Suitable for

• Children aged 6 and over

• Adolescents

• Adults

Composition

1 ml solution contains:

• 2.5 mg Phenylephrine

• 0.25 mg Dimetindene maleate

1 spray corresponds to 0.07 ml solution.

Dosage

Adults, adolescents, and children over 10 years

• 2 sprays into each nostril 3 to 4 times daily

Children from 6 to 10 years

• 1 spray into each nostril 3 to 4 times daily

At least 6 hours must pass between two applications.

Use in children should be under adult supervision.

Method of Application

• Clean the nose thoroughly before use.

• Remove the protective cap.

• Before the first application, pump several times until a fine spray mist appears.

• Insert the spray nozzle into one nostril and spray.

• Inhale gently through the nose during spraying.

• Replace the protective cap after use.

For hygienic reasons, each nasal spray should only be used by one person.

Duration of Use

Vibrocil® Nasal Spray should not be used for longer than 7 days, unless otherwise instructed by a doctor.

A break of several days from treatment should be taken before renewed application.

Notes

Prolonged or excessive use can lead to renewed swelling of the nasal mucous membranes (rebound effect).
