Ceremin® 40 mg film-coated tablets are a herbal medicinal product with the special Ginkgo biloba extract EGb 761®. The preparation is used to treat concentration and memory disorders associated with declining mental performance, as well as symptoms related to mild circulatory disorders.

Indications

Ceremin® is used in adults:

To support brain performance in cases of:

• Poor concentration

• Poor memory

• Declining mental performance

• Reduced ability to recall

For mild circulatory disorders with symptoms such as:

• Cold hands

• Cold feet

• Tingling

• Creeping sensation

• Discomfort when walking

A serious illness should be ruled out before starting treatment.

Active Ingredient

1 film-coated tablet contains:

• 40 mg dry extract from Ginkgo biloba leaves (EGb 761®)

DEV: 35–67:1

Extraction solvent:

• Acetone 60% (m/m)

Standardized to:

• 8.8–10.8 mg ginkgo flavone glycosides

• 2.16–2.64 mg terpene lactones

  • of which 1.12–1.36 mg ginkgolides A, B and C

  • of which 1.04–1.28 mg bilobalide

Dosage

For Concentration and Memory Disorders

Adults 18 years and older:

• 1–2 film-coated tablets 3 times daily

Duration of treatment:

• at least 8 weeks

If no improvement occurs after 3 months or symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted.

For Mild Circulatory Disorders

Adults 18 years and older:

• 1 film-coated tablet 3 times daily

Duration of treatment:

• approx. 8 weeks

After this, the need for continued treatment should be medically reviewed.
