Immediate Phase
Rapid release of:

• 1 mg Melatonin
• Ashwagandha

Depot Phase
Slow release over up to 8 hours of:

• 0.9 mg Melatonin
• Valerian

Chrono Phase
Continuous release throughout the night of:

• Valerian
• Lavender

Recommended Use

• 1 tablet daily approx. 30 minutes before bedtime

• 1.9 mg Melatonin
• 120 mg Ashwagandha root and leaf extract
  • of which 42 mg Withanolide glycosides
• 270 mg Valerian root extract
• 100 mg Lavender flower extract
  • of which 10 mg Linalool

• Cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose
