The ointment supports the natural regeneration of skin and mucous membranes and helps to gently stabilize damaged areas.

In everyday life, external factors such as frequent nose-blowing, dry air, or the use of decongestant nasal sprays can irritate and dry out the nasal mucous membrane. This can lead to small lesions, crust formation, and an uncomfortable feeling of dryness.

The application of the ointment helps to moisturize the affected areas and promotes the regeneration of the nasal mucous membrane, allowing it to better fulfill its protective function against external influences.

The ointment also unfolds its supportive effect on the eye in case of superficial damage:

for irritated or strained conjunctiva
for superficial injuries to the cornea
suitable for overnight use

The specially formulated ointment base ensures good adhesion to the eye and nasal mucous membranes and allows for even distribution.

Application:

Using the cannula, apply an approximately 1 cm long strip of ointment into the conjunctival sac of the eye (between the eyeball and the lower eyelid) or onto the nasal mucous membrane. Apply once to several times daily, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor.

The ointment can be spread in the nose by gently pressing the nostrils.

For children under 6 years of age, use should only be by medical instruction and in an adjusted amount.

The duration of use depends on the type and course of the symptoms. If no improvement occurs within 3 days (for the eye) or 1 week (for the nose) or if the symptoms worsen, medical clarification is required.

Important notes on use:

Tubes that have already been used in the nose must not subsequently be used on the eye.

Due to sterile manufacturing without preservatives, use on the eye should not exceed one week. For use on the nose, use for up to four weeks is possible.

If other eye medications are used simultaneously, a time interval of at least five minutes should be observed.

Remove contact lenses before application to the eye.
