Hyaluron-ratiopharm® eye drops act like artificial tears and compensate for a lack of natural tear fluid. The hyaluronic acid contained is also physiologically present in the tear film and ensures even moistening of the eye surface.
They relieve symptoms such as burning, itching, watery eyes, or the typical gritty sensation in the eye. At the same time, they protect the eye surface against external influences such as dust, pollen, or dry air.
Being preservative-free, they are particularly well-tolerated and ideal for sensitive eyes. The special bottle allows for hygienic use for 6 months after opening.
The drops can also be helpful for allergies to remove irritants from the eyes.
Application
Depending on need, instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of each eye. Multiple applications per day are possible.
The drops can be used both before and during contact lens wear.
After application, the fluid spreads evenly over the eye surface through blinking. Excess fluid drains away like natural tears.
Composition
Contains 0.1% hyaluronic acid. The formulation is similar to natural tear fluid and is preservative-free.

Side Effects
Generally very well-tolerated. Occasionally, slight burning or temporary blurred vision may occur directly after application. Rare hypersensitivity reactions are possible. If symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
