In case of middle ear inflammation, Otrivin® supports the decongestion of the mucous membrane in the nasopharyngeal area.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRecommended Dosage\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdolescents aged 12 years and over and adults: Instill 1 drop of gel as deeply as possible into each nostril once, up to a maximum of 3 times daily. There should generally be an interval of at least 8 hours between two applications.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe last application should preferably be in the evening before going to bed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBefore use, blow your nose thoroughly.
